Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that scheduled booking times may vary by +/-30 minutes. You will receive confirmation of appointment 24 hours prior. An assessment fee of $50 is payable prior to confirmation of booking. Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours prior to appointment date/time. Rescheduling accepted up to 24 hours prior to appointment date/time. If you wish to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of appointment date/time the $50 assessment fee will be forfeited. For rescheduling within 24 hours of appointment, a new booking will be required. The $50 assessment fee is non refundable if you are a 'No Show' *No Show Policy If nobody is at the supplied address, we will wait for 15 minutes. Our technicians will call & text upon arrival if no person/s are at supplied address and will call & text 5 minutes prior to departure. If no person/s turn up within this 15 minute window, the $50 assessment fee will be forfeited.
